Fernando Romero concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and workouts of distressed loans. He has represented debtors, receivers, secured creditors, trade creditors, bondholders, indenture trustees, and acquirers of distressed businesses both in court and out of court in matters involving bankruptcy litigation, workouts, restructurings, and enforcement of Ecuadorian law remedies.
