Mr. Rojas is an associate in firm with a focus on intellectual property, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Rojas advises and advocates on behalf of clients with respect to numerous aspects of their business, including litigation, appellate matters, and government enforcement. In addition, Mr. Rojas prosecutes trademark applications and oppositions before Ecuador’s IP office, and holds strong experience is negotiating and drafting IP assignment agreements of the for the transfer of rights. Prior to attending law school Mr. Rojas worked as a financial advisor at KPMG’s Ecuador office.
